Services to major credit card company

We supported feasibility study of acquiring banking license in Hong Kong when a credit card company planned business expansion including negotiation with HKMA and Japanese financial regulator.

Services to U.S. private equity fund

When the fund acquired an electric money company, we provided PMI support as CEO including planning of business strategy and compliance matters.

Services to broadcasting company

A broadcasting company has felled in the delicate situation with stakeholders because of its large amount of debts.
